Irene : Darling if we join Amazing Race, who would you pick to join the race with you.
KP : You lor

Irene : Huh, but you say I slow, not physically fit so why would you choose me to drag your team behind then?
KP : Cos you just need to take care of me, while I take care of the race.

A Balanced 2008!

This is the 8th day of the new year 2008. Double "8" and the chinese all say "woooo....prosperity". That makes a good start and a good start comes with good systems / policies in placed.

I find this sentence meaningful, copyright of SY "men dont plan frivolous stuffs, and women read too much into it..." I shall find a compromise between these two with baby.

Baby's too involved with r-c car and tennis. And when meets me on weekends, he wants to nua. On the other hand, I have only gym, massage and playstation 2 which leaves me with more left-over energy to wanna explore with baby, when we meet.

2008 - I shall find a compromise between these two.

Activities that requires (1) baby to be the handy-man who fix, (2) the great thinker who make-shift from little resources and (3) a challenge of mobile skills are likely to garner a stamp of approval.

Ideas that fall within the 3 criterias :

1) Buy a new BBQ pit and do "island roaming" bbq sessions
2) Pitch a 6-men tent and re-live kampong days
3) Fix a new lego set
4) Mega Jigsaw puzzles
5) Sudoku our weekends away
6) Study my Canon Ixus functions and do an island-wide crazy photo snapping!
7) Amazing food race island-wide!
8) Pick up new mobile skills like rock climbing
9) Become a food critic and set up our own Pingrene@foodster.com
10) Cook up a series of wine receipes from wine with omelettes, to wine with kway teow and wine with grilled pork..etc

A Fat Xmas!!

Baby and I decided, its Xmas so we shall splurge on food of course, what else.

Kazu@ Cuppage Plaza is known for their meats (grill and raw), fatty meat, from pork, to tuna to salmon and what nots.

The fattiest we ate@ Kazu was the fatty tuna which cost us a fatty $14 per piece.

Thats how "fat" the tuna was.

The damage in total? $ 120....Not too bad going by the varieties we had.
